Time to get back on Jenny Craig.
Skyrocketed to 133 since my last post but with help from Jenny Craig, I am now 119 pounds.
Tomorrow I will get back on JC and NOT cheat.
LUNCH:
salad: romaine lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, scoop of tuna.
GOAL:
NO SNACKING. NONE.
